Organizational Capability

For the 22-year period, the foundation has implemented 100 projects and servicing 160 barangays spread over in 11 provinces of Region IX, X, and XIII : Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, Bukidnon, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, Surigao del Norte, Surigao Sur, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, and the cities of Cagayan de Oro, El Salvador, and Gingoog.

So far, TOUCH has facilitated the establishment and ma-nagement of 150 hectares marine/fish sanctuaries and the mangrove reforestation of 100 hectares in coastal communities in Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, and Surigao del Sur. In the upland communities, it has caused the reforestation of 200 hectares denuded upland communities, and the adoption of SALT/agroforesty in 100 hectares of hilly farmlands. More or less it has provided livelihood support to 5,000 families in Regions IX, X, and XIII. In terms of improvement of tenurial security, it has facilitated the distribution of tenurial instruments (both CLOA and CSC) to more than 1000 farmers in Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon which comprises about 3,000 hectares. At the urban area, it has assisted more than 100 families in the acquisition of homelots. It has also provided services to 90 VAWC survivors and has facilitated the court resolution of 20 cases in favor of the survivors.
