The regional secretariat is composed of three (3) Staff headed by Mr. Glenn s. Bais as the Regional Coordinator, Ms. Arline U. Ganoy as the Finance Manager and Maricar B. Cervantes, as the Resource Mobilization and Membership Development Officer.

The regional secretariat has project management staff mainly responsible in the implementation of the project Caraga. It has 10 project staff with technical skills and expertise on implementing the SIAD strategy in Caraga region. The projejct is manage and supervise by Mr. Paul Baang.
