The regional secretariat is composed of four (4) Staff headed by Mr. Rolando A. Abando as the Regional Coordinator, Ms. Arline U. Ganoy as the Finance Manager, Ma. Lorena S. Dagatan, as the Membership Development Officer, and Ms. Emelyn Josue as the over-all bookkeeper.

The regional secretariat has project management staff mainly responsible in the implementation of the project Caraga. It has 10 project staff with technical skills and expertise on implementing the SIAD strategy in Caraga region. The projejct is manage and supervise by Mr. Paul Baang.
